Care & Warranty
At Begili, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor furniture. Our warranty ensures that you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your products are built to last.
1. About this policy
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from Begili Pty Limited (ABN 60 625 960 330), trading as Begili (we, us or our), through outdoorbegili.com.au.
This policy explains Begili’s voluntary two-year warranty. It is additional to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Two-year voluntary warranty
Begili provides a two-year voluntary warranty from the date of delivery for all Begili products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use of the product.
The voluntary warranty is available to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from Begili through the Website, subject to the terms of this policy. It is in addition to any consumer guarantees that apply by law.
3. What this warranty covers
Subject to assessment, this voluntary warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including defects that affect the normal structural integrity or intended operation of the product.

6. Warranty remedies and return costs
If a product has a minor failure, we may repair it within a reasonable time or provide another remedy required by law. If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement, or keep the product and seek compensation for the reduction in value where applicable.
Where a product is large, heavy or difficult to return and a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange collection or pay reasonable return costs as required by law. We will not require you to deal directly with a manufacturer or importer to obtain a remedy from us.
If, after reasonable assessment, we determine the product does not have a fault, we may charge reasonable collection and inspection costs only where permitted by law and only after giving you a reasonable estimate before collection.
7. Flat-pack assembly and product care
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Begili furniture is supplied flat-packed for customer self-installation. You should follow the supplied assembly instructions, care instructions, warnings and weight/load guidance.
Use suitable tools and a safe assembly area. If a component appears defective, damaged or incomplete, contact us before using the product.
