Yes. Begili regularly runs promotional sales events. Currently, the SEASONAL Sale is live with savings of up to 50% off across the entire range. Sale prices are clearly displayed alongside the original regular prices on each product listing. Sale items cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.

Begili currently offers three main product categories:

2) Outdoor Lounge Sets — sofa sets from the GABY, HARRY, CHERRY, RUBY, and NATHAN ranges.
3) Adirondack Sunlounge Sets — individual chairs, chairs with leg rests, chairs with coffee tables, and full multi-piece sets across the SUSU, LUNA, and MISA ranges.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

Changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours as orders may already be in processing.

Once Begili receives and inspects your returned item, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, no. Begili currently only ships within Australia. The team is working on distribution in New Zealand, but international shipping is not yet available.
