Begili's pricing covers a wide range to suit different budgets (approximate sale price ranges): Adirondack Sunlounge Sets from ~$158 to ~$617; Outdoor Lounge Sets from ~$323 to ~$1,390; Outdoor Dining Table Sets from ~$1,279 to ~$2,205. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Yes. Begili regularly runs promotional sales events. Currently, the SEASONAL Sale is live with savings of up to 50% off across the entire range. Sale prices are clearly displayed alongside the original regular prices on each product listing. Sale items cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.

Begili currently offers three main product categories:
1) Outdoor Dining Table Sets — 4-seater, 6-seater, and 8-seater configurations across the HARRY, LILIAN, CHERRY, and GABY ranges.
2) Outdoor Lounge Sets — sofa sets from the GABY, HARRY, CHERRY, RUBY, and NATHAN ranges.
3) Adirondack Sunlounge Sets — individual chairs, chairs with leg rests, chairs with coffee tables, and full multi-piece sets across the SUSU, LUNA, and MISA ranges.

If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can cancel your order (for eligible non-sale products only). If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible through 1300 234 454 or sales@begili.com.au

- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

Yes, you can cancel any order before dispatch. However, if you need to edit order details such as your delivery address or contact number, please contact customer service as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours as orders may already be in processing.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details on eligible products.

Yes, exchanges are available for most products within 30 days of receipt. Simply let us know the item you’d like to exchange for, and we’ll guide you through the process. Make sure that the products condition must be in it original packages, inculding tags and receipt.

Once Begili receives and inspects your returned item, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact the team at sales@begili.com.au.

Yes. Begili offers free shipping on all orders within 50km of Sydney and Brisbane. Delivery charges may apply for addresses outside this radius. Please check at checkout for the applicable shipping cost for your location.

Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is processed. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks or more. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Which states does Begili deliver to?

Begili currently delivers only to addresses in:
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- Victoria
- Australian Capital Territory
We do not currently offer standard online delivery to other states or territories, or international delivery. If you are outside these areas and would like to purchase a product, contact us at sales@begili.com.au for a separate freight quote. Delivery outside our standard service area may be substantially more expensive, and we will confirm the freight cost and availability before accepting or dispatching your order.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Where Begili ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. Begili currently only ships within Australia (NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT only). The team is working on distribution in New Zealand and other states, but international shipping is not yet available. If you are locate in another state that doesn't list above and want to purchase our products. Then please email us at sales@begili.com.au to arrange delivery options.
